1. Digital Products (Instant Delivery)
All digital products (software, files, manuals, licenses) are delivered via email or instant download after successful payment.
Delivery Time:
- Instantly after payment confirmation
- Email will contain download links or activation details
- If you don’t receive it within 1 hour, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at sales@jaybeeautos.com
No physical shipping required for digital goods.
2. Physical Products (Shipping Info)
We ship physical items such as automotive tools, hardware, and accessories to customers worldwide.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
Shipping Time:
- Local (Trinidad & Tobago): 2–5 business days
- International: 7–15 business days, depending on location and courier
Shipping Carriers:
We partner with reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or local postal services. A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and delivery option.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.
4. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to a wrong address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your item hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

- Contact your local post/customs office
