Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds for digital products once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered via email.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Automotive software tools
  • ECU/IMMO files and databases
  • Coding manuals and tuning guides
  • Activation keys and license-based software

⚠️ All digital sales are final. Please confirm compatibility and contact us before purchase if you’re unsure.

Physical Products (Conditional Refunds)

Refunds for physical products are available only under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Refund:

  • Item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly differentfrom its description.
  • You report the issue within 48 hoursof delivery.
  • The item is returned in unused, original conditionwith packaging intact.

❌ Not Eligible:

  • Used or damaged items caused by misuse.
  • Tools that have been opened, tested, or installed.
  • Change-of-mind or incorrect product ordered by the customer.

Return & Refund Procedure

  1. Email us at sales@jaybeeautos.comwithin 48 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and reason for the refund request.
  3. If approved, ship the item back at your own expenseunless the issue was our error.
  4. Once the returned product is inspected, we will process your refund.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be:

    • Issued to the original payment method
    • Processed within 5–10 business daysafter the returned item is received and approved

Order Cancellations

  • Digital product orders cannot be canceled once processed.
  • Physical product orders may be canceledonly before shipping, typically within 12 hours of purchase.
