Toyolex4 BDE IMMO OFF 2024 provides a fast and stable way to remove immobilizer data from multiple Toyota and Lexus ECUs. The software reads, identifies, edits, and writes IMMO zones without guesswork. It supports both older 4D systems and newer G and H series ECUs.
Key Functions
- IMMO OFF: Remove immobilizer blocks from ECUs such as Denso 76F00x, 76F00xx with EEPROM 93C66, 93C86, 24C02, 24C04. Supported models: Corolla, Camry, RAV4, Hilux, Hiace, Prado, ES, RX, GX, LX.
- Smart Key Reset: Reset smart key data on Toyota and Lexus models up to 2023. Useful for all-keys-lost scenarios.
- ECU Identification: Auto-detects ECU family to prevent wrong algorithm usage.
- EEPROM & Flash Editing: Read/write binary files, IMMO zones clearly marked with offsets.
- Virgin Files: Prepare ECUs for programming by virginizing memory.
- Tachograph & DTC System OFF: Disable optional systems depending on ECU type.
- Fast Workflow: Load file, detect ECU, press IMMO OFF, save output, write back.
