Digital Products – No Refunds

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or downloaded. This includes:

  • Automotive software
  • Tuning and coding tools (digital)
  • ECU/IMMO files and databases
  • Instructional manuals and activation keys

Physical Products – 7-Day Return Policy

We accept returns for physical products within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

 Return Conditions:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • The item is damaged on arrivalor the wrong item was shipped

 Not Accepted:

  • Opened or used tools and electronics
  • Items without original packaging
  • Returns requested beyond 7 days

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will cover return shipping only if the item is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Replacements & Exchanges

 

If your physical item is defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

To request a replacement:

    • Email us at sales@jaybeeautos.comwithin 48 hours of receiving the item
    • Include your order number, a descriptionof the issue, and photos

Refund Process

Refunds (when applicable) will be:

    • Issued to the original payment method
    • Processed within 5–10 business daysafter the returned item is received and inspecte

Cancellations

Digital orders cannot be canceled after purchase.

Physical orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped (within 12 hours of ordering).
